Sideros Jolie Wood Cooking Stove – After just two years from the introduction of the hugely successful Sideros Jolie Wood Stove, the decision was made to add an oven directly above the firebox converting the standard wood stove into a wood cooking stove. The 28L capacity oven has adjustable cooking positions and enamelled sides for easier cleaning. There is also a handy temperature gauge allowing more accurate cooking located conveniently on the oven glass window. The ceramic finishes available represent a major innovation. Due to there radial shape which increases the radiating surface by 30%. This larger surface area radiates out 30% more heat than traditional ceramics, making the Jolie even more efficient.
